Marina View 2 is very private and near to everything and just 250 meters from the lovely Marina Rubicon and 800 meters to Dorada Beach. This is a large 3 bedroom villa and all the furnishings are of the highest quality. The living room is light and large with wicker furnishings from La Troja. The kitchen is also large and is brand new. There are 3 bathrooms and of the 3 bedrooms the Master bedroom is en-suite and has it’s own balcony which overlooks the Marina Rubicon. Bedroom 2 and 3 are a good size also and in total sleeps 6 people. The garden is kiddy friendly and has a useful conservatory. There is a solar heated pool and a lovely garden.
